My name is Claire and I am the owner, artist and master trainer of ClaireBrows & Beauty. I am a certified permanent makeup technician for over 3 years. I take pride in being one of the best brow artist in south Texas. I customize each brow to each individuals personal features and preferences and I aim for nothing but 100% satisfactory.
